There are a few things still undecided in the Football League, so I will ist them here and what will have to happen for certain teams to get promoted/relegated/a playoff place...
Automatic Promotion
Wolves are already up to the Premier League as Championship champions.
The second automatic promotion place is still undecided. It's currently in Birmingham's hands. If they win they are promoted. If they lose draw and Sheffield United win, Sheffield United will be promoted. If Birmingham lose and Sheffield United draw, Sheffield United will be promoted because of their better goal difference. However, Birmingham lose and Sheffield United draw or lose and Reading win, Reading will be promoted because their goal difference is vastly superior (+33) to that of both Birmingham (+16) and Sheffield United (+25).
Playoffs
Birmingham, Sheffield United and Reading are already guaranteed playoff places, they are just fighting it out over the last automatic promotion place. There are two other playoff spots to be filled. They are currently occupied by Cardiff and Burnley. But Preston are only 3 points behind Cardiff with a slightly worse off goal difference (Cardiff +13, Preston +11). If Cardiff lose and Burnley win, Burnley are guaranteed a playoff spot. If Burnley only draw though, they will finish behind Cardiff because their goal difference is only +8. This means if Preston win and Burnley only draw, Preston and Cardiff will get the playoff places. If both Preston and Burnley win and Cardiff lose, Preston and Burnley will get the places. If Preston fail to win, both Cardiff and Burnley could lose both their games and still be in the playoffs. If Preston win 1-0 and Cardiff lose 1-0 are if Preston will 3-2 and Cardiff loses 2-1 or any other single goal combination with Cardiff on the losing end and Preston on the winning end, they will both be level on goal difference and Preston would get the play off place on goals scored over the season. Hope that makes sense.
Relegation
This season has seen the fall of two big teams with the dismal Charlton and Southampton biting the dust. Norwich currently occupy the final relegation place and it's between them and Barnsley to see who goes down. The equation is a simple one. Norwich trail Barnsley by 3 points. So Norwich have to win and Barnsley have to lose. Goal difference isn't an issue, as Norwich have a better goal difference. Both have winnable away games - Norwich at Charlton and Barnsley at Plymouth. Barnsley have been battling bravely recently and have lost just 2 of their last 9 games. Then again, they haven't won any of their last 8 either. They have drawn some really difficult away games recently and they must have it in their minds that all they need to do tomorrow is get a draw. Trend followers would be interested to know Norwich haven't won at Charlton in their last 7 attempts. That is a trend Norwich will have to buck if they are to survive for another Championship season, but it's all in Barnsley's hands.
