Going to the TV taping of Smakdown and ECW at the 02 tomorrow night. Should be interesting. I won the tickets. I wouldn't buy them, god no. Dark main event is Triple H vs Orton in a cage.

Si la WWE decide venir a dar un show aqui, posiblemente yo iria. Solo que estoy siendo cuidadoso en mis gastos.

Something to do with WWE being there and money? 5 years of Spanish got me to that conclusion.

I think Smackdown is the big winner in the draft, they have picked up some fine wrestlers in Morrison, Jericho, CM Punk, Mysterio etc. And they have lost some lugs like HHH and Kozlov. It would have been good to keep Brian Kendrick and Matt Hardy on their we cant have everything.
I might have to tune into SD more frequently now with these additions

The creativity in the company has been poor (slight improvement as of late, but blah). Example, the best idea for a stable they could come up with was Legacy. The silence is deafening when they come through that curtain, especially when it's just Rhodes and Dibiase. Every wrestling show I have watched recently I have been bored by. It's so frustrating to see the current direction of the company.

Orton has been getting cheered as of late isn't he? Meant to be the companies biggest heel and he is getting cheered? Doesn't sound right to me, reeks of John Cena getting booed. Pretty funny though.

If the WWE decide to come here (my place), it is possible that I would go, just that I have to take care of expenses. I agree with whatwhat is the biggest winner. Probably people want to see Mysterio, PunK, Edge, Hardy, people with almost similar techniques that many people enjoy their fights.

Also WWE have a habit of turning fueds into a joke. It would be good to see a program between Punk and Edge though, but it won't happen. Unless Punk cashes in at Backlash and takes the title. Would be nice to see.

Tonight's show starts at 7:30pm. I will be leaving my house at 5:45pm. Bloody shocking London transport should ensure I arrive about 3 weeks late.

Yet again WWE lives up to expectations by putting on yet another poor show in the UK. How bad was it? Pretty bad. Nothing of any significance happened. What annoyed me more than anything was the fans really getting into the dark match main event, which was Triple H vs Orton in a cage for the WWE championship. I knew before the match even started...it was going to be a hideous scripted sack of shit and it was. The cage has to be constructed around the ring for obvious reasons and you should have seen how wonky it was. Entertainment wise...the match was a shocker. Like I said...they must have performed that same match dozens of times on tour. It's just disappointing because everyone would have prefered for both Trips and Orton to be used in the Smackdown taping instead of using them in such a stupid fashion.
Anyway, biggest pop of the night is a tough one to call. Jeff Hardy and the Undertaker were both over huge with the UK fans. Finlay and Hornswoggle were pretty well cheered for too.
Best match of the night was probably Evan Bourne vs Paul Burchill. There are a couple of candidates for worst match of the night. The dark cage match...for being as scripted and predictable as it was, Kozlov squashing some crappy British jobber, Hornswoggle vs Natalya and Finlay & Hornswoggle vs Tyson Kidd and Natalya and even Undertaker vs Big Show was amazingly boring. It's a really sad times when everyone knows what is going to happen in a match before it has actually happened. I was pretty much calling every single move in that match. Blah! Also, Batista and Shane vs Legacy wasn't up to much either. Just so...ARGH!
I feel so let down by it all. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it. But it's not good enough. People pay so much money for those tickets and it's almost like the company feels them just turning up is sufficient for fans. Well, it isn't. There was no quality on any kind on any the shows.
So they filmed ECW first, then Smackdown, then one match for Superstars and then the dark cage match. A quick note on the cage again. It was tiny! and wonky, as previously mentioned. Umaga also beat R-Truth in what can only be described as a dark squash match.
Angry though. They MUST do better!
